Li Jiahua, professor, doctor, master supervisor, vice President of Pu 'er Tea College of Yunnan Agricultural University, member of the sixth Scientific Committee of Yunnan Agricultural University, peer review expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, member of Tea Society of China, member of expert Committee of Yunnan Tea Circulation Association. In July 1994, he graduated from The Department of Tea, College of Agronomy, Yunnan Agricultural University, with a BACHELOR's degree in Agronomy. From October 2003 to March 2009, he studied in Kagoshima University, Japan. In March 2006, he received a master's degree in agronomy from Kagoshima University, Japan, and in March 2009, he received a doctor's degree in Agronomy from Liwa Agronomy Research Department, Kagoshima University, Japan. In April 2009, he returned to China and taught in Pu 'er Tea College of Yunnan Agricultural University.

Mainly engaged in the teaching and research of tea biochemistry, tea cultivation, tea processing. He was the principal author of two projects supported by national Natural Science Foundation of China: "Study on the Composition, molecular structure and antioxidant Activity of special polyphenols from Yunnan Pu-erh tea" (Grant No. 31160173) and "Study on the separation and purification of anthocyanins and molecular structure of a special tea variety 'Purple Juan'" (Grant No. 31360196). He is a member of the post scientist team of the Tea industry system of the Ministry of Agriculture. In recent years, more than 40 research papers have been published in SCI journals such as Phytochemistry, Food Science (EI), Natural Products Research and Development and other Chinese and English journals. As the executive editor, I organized and edited a new edition of Cloud Tea Ceremony. He has participated in compiling three books, including Chemistry of Yunnan Pu-erh Tea, Culture of Yunnan Pu-erh Tea and Ancient Tea Tree Resources of Baoshan City.
